We host events ranging from corporate seminars and entrepreneurial workshops to grand weddings and family reunions. Our flexible spaces easily accommodate intimate gatherings of 10 up to large ballroom receptions.

What is the maximum capacity for each event space?

Our centerpiece Belle Ballroom handles our largest gatherings across its 3,500 sq. ft. footprint. Please contact our events team for exact seating charts, layouts (banquet, classroom, theater), and specific group capacities.

What audiovisual equipment is included, and what is available at an additional cost?

We can provide a projector and screen, a 75” TV cart with ClickShare, microphones, speakers, speakerphones, easels, flip charts, extension cords, and power strips. We also partner with a local provider for any specialized AV needs outside our in-house offerings.

Is catering required through the hotel, and what options are available?

Yes, all event catering and bar packages must be selected directly from our on-site offerings. Please contact our team to request our full catering menu.

Can outside vendors be used, and what restrictions or approval processes apply?

All catering and bar services must be provided through our in-house culinary team. However, we are happy to work with outside vendors for any additional event needs, such as decor or specialized services.

What is the deposit structure and final payment timeline?

Our event payment timeline is structured as follows:

  • Contract Signing: Initial 25% deposit due per contract.
  • 30 Days Prior: Second payment of 50% due (if applicable).
  • 14 Days Prior: Final 25% balance due based on guaranteed attendance.
  • Day of Event: Incidental charges only.
  • Post-Event: Final adjustments and reconciliation.
What internet and technology capabilities are available for meetings and events, including support for hybrid or virtual setups?

We provide complimentary Wi-Fi, microphones, speakers, ClickShare® technology, and both HDMI and Bluetooth connectivity to support your meeting needs.

Are outdoor event spaces available, and what is the contingency plan in case of inclement weather?

No, our outdoor spaces cannot be contracted or guaranteed for private events, so all functions are hosted in our indoor event venues.
