Hotel Policies

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted, without penalty. up to 48 hours before 3 p.m. on day of arrival. Cancellations within the 48 hours cancellation policy are subject to first night's room and tax. 

Groups or special events may have a different Cancellation Policy. 

Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation to hold the reservation. The credit will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however no deposit will be taken. At check-in, your card will be authorized for the length of stay, as well as an additional $150.00 for incidentals.

Groups or special events may have a different Guarantee Policy. 

Pet Policy
Hotel Verdant is dog-friendly. You may have up to two dogs per guest room. A one-time non-refundable fee of $100 per dog, plus tax will be charged to your room upon check-in. 

Smoking Policy
Hotel Verdant is a smoke-free property. A $350 fee will be collected from anyone found smoking on property. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property (including on balconies and the rooftop, Eave).

Sustainability Fee
A $7 LEED certified green initiative fee will be charged per reservation in accordance with the hotel’s environmental sustainability program.

Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.

Do you offer parking?
Self-parking is available at an adjacent parking lot for $5 per night. A designated loading and unloading zone is located at the main entrance of the hotel. 

Is there a restaurant on-site?
Grab-and-go breakfast options are offered in the lobby for an additional cost from 7 to 10:30 am.

Marguerite, the hearth-fired Italian restaurant, is open daily for lunch from 11 am to 2 pm and dinner from 4 to 9 pm. On the weekends, Marguerite is open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm. Eave, the rooftop garden bar, is open Monday through Saturday, 3 to 10 pm, and closed Sunday.

Do you offer car chargers?
Car charging options are available for Tesla and universal car chargers. 

Do you have a fitness center onsite?
Yes, there is a 24-hour center & sauna with ellipticals, treadmills, machines and free weights, plus an Echelon bike and Octane Rower. There is also generous space for stretching and mat exercises.
